My training process through Barre Body was comprehensive, challenging (in the way you want it to be!) and FUN! The program was easy to maneuver and the team/community was available and supportive throughout the entire process. I just completed my Pilates mat, but also did my barre certification through Barre Body and can’t recommend it enough. You finish feeling prepared and confident to reach your classes!
I recently completed the Online Barre Instructor course as a passion project to keep my body moving and my mind learning during maternity leave. It was everything I could have asked for and more – thorough and well-explained anatomy as well as filled with lots of practical application with helpful hints and tips and led by helpful and supportive coaches. I just completed the pre and post natal online course with Barre Body and I learnt so much valuable information that I wish I had known when doing my initial training (with other providers). I feel so much more confident know to be able to provide a better service to my lovely prenatal and post natal. The course was really well structured and I loved how many videos and practical examples are shared throughout as well as quizzes to internalise the knowledge. I would definitely recommend Barre Body as a training provider.
I completed the Barre Body reformer training online course and was blown away with our engaging, comprehensive and knowledgeable it was. I loved that it was so flexible and I was able to complete it at my own pace and around my work commitments. The instructors and community were always very responsive and available when I needed it as well. I thoroughly enjoyed completing my training through Barre Body and will be back to add a few more qualifications under my repertoire!
I have done all three Pilates training; mat, barre & reformer, through Barre Body online and it has been nothing but a breeze.
The course content is in depth and explained really well, without it feeling overwhelming. Each exercise is explained and demonstrated amazingly too – making the online experience not seem so far removed from real life. The customer service team are exceptional and understanding, and the feedback received from the end of course assessment was SO helpful. Now I get to teach people pilates online and in person where ever I go… like how cool is that?!

Can’t recommend Barre Body enough for teacher training. I completed the 100% online pilates mat course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The content is interesting and relevant and I feel like I have learned so much. The feedback I received for my assessment was so extensive and I got so much out of it. I really appreciate the work they put in to help their students thrive. 🤍
I completed the Online Mat Pilates Course and absolutely loved it!! The course content and structure were beautifully designed and the Barre Body team was always aside, answering any questions and giving feedback to submitted sequences throughout the module. The teacher training at Barre Body definitely exceeded my expectations xx
Do not hesitate! I was reluctant to do an online course (especially reformer) as it can often be easy to get lost and loose motivation. The structure of the course really eliminated any of my concerns as it was intuitive and easy to follow and the team at Barre Body were so supportive. It was so fun and honestly kind of addictive! Huge appreciation for the team at Barre Body for helping me become an instructor and helping me feel equipped to get started on my new career! I completed the reformer along with the pre and post natal courses but I don’t think that particularly matters as I’m sure all of the courses they provide would be just as fantastic. Absolutely highly recommend!!
I‘m so happy to have chosen barre body for my teacher training, as it was truly a great experience. The course is well structured and everything is very thought through. The online modules are fun yet very informative. After completing the course, I truly feel confident in teaching. One of the best parts about barre body teacher training is their ongoing support, help and kind words of motivation and encouragement. I loved everything!
